Visit Israel by Emberblue Visit Israel by Emberblue
I've always wanted to visit the Holy Land. Hopefully I will one day. Anyone want to donate money for me to pay for the plane ticket??? I think it would be amazing to see the land that has the attention of the whole world, the nation that everything seems to revolve around in one way or another. This is the promised land given to God's chosen people. To see the actual place where God walked in human form...I can't even imagine how moving that would be!!!

This was designed to advertise a trip that a Christian church is taking to Israel next year. The photo of Jerusalem and the sky image are from shutterstock.com. Created in Photoshop.

That is a good point. I was not the one who wrote it, I just put what I was told. :) But it is interesting that alot of Christian trips to Israel advertise "the footsteps of Paul". Personally I would much rather see the footsteps of Jesus. :aww: I think that most trips visit the places Jesus was, so maybe they don't mention it because it is just assumed?

Can you imagine sitting in the same garden where Jesus prayed before He was given over to be crucified? To sit in the places where Jesus taught the crowds? To walk the Via De La Rosa where Jesus carried His cross on His way to die for the world? Wow! I would LOVE to visit those places, and I would probably be crying the entire time.

The thug in the WH just sold them up the river! Better see it before it's all gone.
